For Colorado families looking for services to start your hosting or adoption:

If you are participating in an international hosting program that requires a mini-homestudy, looking to start your adoption process, or simple need information on how to get started with adoption, International Adoption Net can help you. We are a licensed, non-profit full service adoption agency that can assist you with your mini-homestudy, full home study, post placement or adoptive parent training needs.

For Colorado families working cooperatively with two adoption agencies:

Colorado Adoption Agency bringing families together. A Cooperative Homestudy Service is one in which you utilize two agencies; a licensed, out-of-state adoption placement agency that has a program in the state or country you have selected for the placement of your child, and our local Colorado agency, International Adoption Net (IAN), to provide the family assessment (home study), education and post-placement services required for your adoption. For an international adoption you will need to be compiling your dossier, completing your United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) application (I-600A), obtaining your passport and visa, and completing many other details. You may accomplish this independently, work through your out-of-state agency, or you may choose IAN to assist you. You may also choose a combination of the above. We will provide services to assist you in any way we can so that the process goes smoothly. (See Optional Fees) and will support whether you pursue your adoption with another licensed agency or our agency.

When you choose to proceed, you will be embarking on one of the most important and joyful events of your life. Anxiety, hard work, and frustration are an unavoidable part of the process.
